Black River Food Company was started four years ago by our chef, Rebekah Lennerton, with the "Farm-to-Table" philosophy.
We specialize in social and corporate catering, prepared soups, sauces, and entrees, as well as culinary classes.
A variety of our products use locally grown organics and farm raised game such as elk, bison, and red deer. These products are featured at the Gravenhurst Farmers’ market, Tastebuds in Gravenhurst, and at Stephen’s Butchers in Port Carling.
