Culinary Classes, Black River Style

Black River Food Company is now accepting
participants for our culinary classes, starting Fall 2011 into Winter 2012.

Enjoy a leisurely evening in your own home
with guests.

Each session is 2- 21/2 hours of instruction
and participation as well as enjoying the fruits
of your labour.

We will also enjoy a beverage pairing with the
menu of choice.

All local product is provided.

$55 per person for groups of 6-10.
